This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money is unbeatable. I was amazed at the affordable prices for such a fantastic stay. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-kept garden view to the room with a balcony, every aspect was well thought out. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. They spoke English fluently and made me feel right at home. this hotel provided basic amenities, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast included in the price.

Friendly staff, good view of the Pyrenees. . . The pilgrimage site and the behaviour of the many people present is impressive, ... it is nice that nothing is marketed inside the pilgrimage site except candles!

Unfortunately the shower was defective. In the place felt 1000 shops with religious articles,

The location on the banks of the river Gave, the panoramic view from the dining room, its proximity to the Grotto were only excelled by the very helpful reception staff and the waiters in the dining room. During my stay I was the only english speaking pilgrim travelling alone but I was extremely confortable in the Best Western Christina. I will be back!!

The hotel is located by the calming river side, away from the Sanctuary among the row of hotels, which provides a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are large in comparison to other hotels in the area, and some even offer a lovely view or a garden view, perfect for relaxation. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Basic amenities such as TV and air conditioning are available in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, having breakfast included is a great convenience.

The staff were attentive and helpful. Design of the hotel is pleasant and modern enough with some character. It has a good location for the rest of the town in a quiet setting with a view of the river. We have always stayed at Best Western in the past and this hotel compares very well with the standard expected. I would recommend the hotel Christina to anyone wishing to make a pilgrimage to Lourdes in a family group and enjoy good facilities, nice restaurant, pleasant rooms and value for money.

Located close to the sanctuary and by the calming river side, this hotel provides easy access while giving guests a chance to escape the hustle and bustle. Rooms are larger than average, and guests can enjoy a picturesque view. Friendly staff offer attentive service and the breakfast buffet is a good start to the day.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The reception staff were helpful and provided us with a room upgrade. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was tasty. Additionally, there is secure parking available a few minutes away from the hotel, which was convenient. The hotel's location is great, being within walking distance to the center and sanctuary, yet away from the crowds.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is of a reasonable standard at a reasonable price- I didn't want somewhere too posh but wanted somewhere that had a good standard I could trust. It was based within a shortish walk of the Sanctuary in Llourdes but also had a good view of the river and the mountains.

There were various groups staying at the hotel so getting evening dinner as a solo traveller I didn't feel very comfortable. Although there was a list of various menus available- it wasn't clear of the menus were only at certain times of the day or whether both menus were available only in the evenings. I would have liked to know that I could get a cup of coffee or tea or something to eat at the hotel apart from breakfast time. I think the hotel is missing a great financial opportunity-because I ate out.

The hotel was not too far from the Lourdes Catholic Sanctuary, I came to visit. The restaurant was excellent and the service friendly. The staff was very accommodating. A strike of the railway did not allow me to arrive on the day I had planned... The manager did not charge me that night.

The shower curtain was too long and stayed wet in the water of the shower tub, if the previous guests or the maid had not pulled it out from the tub.

Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. Excellent location within walking distance of La Grotte and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, even offering to pick us up at the bus terminal. Clean and comfortable rooms, some even with a terrace and garden view.

No negative aspects mentioned.
